Fiveraise Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Fiveraise platform, which aims to evaluate salespeople in their experiences with clients and prospects. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.

By creating an account or using the Fiveraise platform, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms. Fiveraise reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms to be aware of any changes.

Fiveraise is not responsible for comments or reviews entered by sellers/users on the platform. All opinions expressed are the sole responsibility of the users who publish them. Fiveraise does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any user-generated content.
3. 3. Data Integrity and Ethics
Fiveraise is committed to ensuring that all collected data is treated with integrity and ethics. The following practices will be adopted:
Authenticity: We encourage sellers to provide true and accurate reviews of their experiences.
Privacy: All user personal data will be treated in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Identifiable information will not be disclosed without user consent.
Moderation: Fiveraise reserves the right to moderate and remove content it deems inappropriate, offensive or that violates these Terms.
4. 4. Use of the Platform
Users agree to use the platform only for legal purposes and in accordance with the guidelines established by Fiveraise. It is prohibited to:

• Use the platform to harass, threaten or discriminate against other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

These Terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Portuguese legislation, the country where Fiveraise is based, regardless of conflicts of legal provisions.
